Do I have to be vegan to sign up for coaching?

It doesn't matter if you are vegan or not, you can sign up and complete the program. Please note that all meal plans will be vegan/plant based.

Our coaching service isn't a one size fits all approach. Your program is tailored to your body's specific needs and goals. We assess each week. I can guarantee if you put in the work - you will get the results.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Claire, and I’ve been following a vegan diet  for over 13 years! As a mother, I understand the challenges of balancing personal health with the demands of a busy life. I’m passionate about helping women transform their bodies in a simple and sustainable way.

My personal fitness journey has been shaped by years of growth. In my teens, I had an up-and-down relationship with food, struggling with yo-yo dieting and a binge-restrict mentality. But through my lifelong commitment to health and wellness, I’ve learned to heal my relationship with food, embracing a sustainable and compassionate way of nourishing my body.

In addition to my nutrition journey, I’ve competed in two bodybuilding competitions, earning a range of placings—including first place! These experiences have shown me that with the right mindset and approach, you can thrive on a vegan diet while achieving incredible strength and fitness goals.
